If you’re in Los Angeles and follow the local house and techno scene you’ve undoubtedly heard of the Clinic Wednesdays parties at Couture in Hollywood. Tomorrow, they start off a packed two-month line-up with their their 2 Year Anniversary celebration featuring Vatos Locos’ Hector.
Coming up in the following 7 weeks is a roster of up-and-coming and established acts that span the house, deep house and techno genres. To round up January, Underrated Presents are bringing Gardens of God, fresh off his BPM appearance at Maceo Plex’s Ellum showcase; Kleinemusik’s Adam Port, as part of his extensive U.S. tour; and M_nus’ HOBO, bringing his signature minimal techno to the party.
In February diversity is once again the name of the game. The month starts with British producer Eagles & Butterflies who has had tremendous releases on Innervisions and finishes with Marco Faraone, an Italian producer who has charted with Moon Harbor, Desolat and Drumcode just to name a few. In between, the Steyoyoke sounds makes its return to the decks with Blancah, and you can expect Terry Francis to perform one of the crate-digging sets that have cemented him as a DJ’s DJ and resident at the world-renowned fabric in London.
All in all, talent remains the name of the game on Wednesdays for the Clinic team. All parties are 21+ and discounted before 11pm with RSVP on www.clinicwednesdays.com.
Ensure you follow Clinic Wednesdays on FB and Twitter for updates.
